Aging is inevitable how you age is not. Our classics class focuses on just that. Staying healthy and fit through your 50's, 60’s, and 70's! This specifically designed class focuses on body weight movements, light strength training, core strength, balance, stretching, and coordination. We are looking to add individuals to our group class that are wanting to make fitness part of their weekly routine and to meet like-minded new people to spend an hour exercising in a fun and easy-paced atmosphere!
