Craig Fegan 

Coach Craig started CrossFit in November of 2014 looking for a way to improve his golf game through strength, conditioning, and flexibility. He was also looking for a way to meet more people in our community and CrossFit has provided all that and more!

Craig has been involved in many sports throughout his life; football, baseball, swimming, hockey, golf and he has enjoyed many successes in all those sports. he is now enjoying competing in CrossFit events and coaching CrossFit to our members. Craig is most enthused when he can relate the benefits of a  CrossFit movement to a sport he participated. Also, he enjoys exploring the mental aspect of fitness in general and CrossFit specifically. CrossFit really is for everyone!
