Jessica Chaplin 

I started working out when I was 16 years old her love for general fitness spanned more than a decade until “life” got in the way. “As I am sure many people can relate to I started working lots of hours at my job, my eating quality suffered, and I found myself barely having time to make it for a workout. I woke up 15# heavier, out of shape, and realized that something had to change or I was in trouble." With a limited schedule, I needed a way to maximize the time I did have to work out. I went to a Globo gym and tried to work out by myself but I was bored and not getting results. A friend of mine had started CrossFit several years before (it was all over her facebook page). Since I am competitive I saw what she was able to accomplish I decided to give it a try. That was 10 years ago now and I haven't looked back except to think "why didn't I find this sooner." CrossFit introduced me to proper nutrition, taking care of my body through stretching and massage, mental fortitude, and to a network of professionals (doctors, judges, VP's) that all share similar attributes. With all of the knowledge I have gained, my mission now is to help people solve the problems they face when they get to the same point I did.
