Julie Fegan

Before CrossFit, Coach Julie was starting to turn into a “potato”. She would work all day, eat dinner, sit on the couch, staring at the T.V. and fall asleep. She started CrossFit in November of 2014, just ‘tagging’ along with hubby, and trying to get out of the “potato rut”. She was pleasantly surprised CrossFit was fun, challenging, built strength and cardio and the community of like-minded folks keeps it entertaining!   

Since joining CrossFit, Julie has lost 50 pounds. Most of the weight loss came easily once Julie started focusing on a nutrition plan. The increase of strength and cardio is amazing for someone who has not been actively involved in any sports for many years. Julie has dabbled in competing and considering more in the future.

Julie enjoys seeing others having fun with the works out, coaching the members, and watching them gain improvements.
